Job description / Role
Our client, a large FM contractor company are seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation.
Candidates should be experienced in managing Soft FM (Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, Waste Control) services, FM contracts, and service delivery to SLA and KPIs
The role will be for a mixed use development consisting of commercial, residential and retail facilities.
Candidates must have a Transferable Iqama to be considered
• Degree qualified
• BICS Certification (preferred but not a must)
• Experience managing Soft FM (Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, Waste Control)
• Knowledge of contracts including performance management of contracts to KPI and SLA
• Candidates must have Middle East experience
• Managing a team of blue collar workers delivering Soft FM services
• Must have a Transferable Iqama
