Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of LoB projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers.
- Strategic overview of the account business continuity and Revenue stream.
- Manage a number of projects and take the responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
- Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of a number of customer projects
- Prepare Program plans, and review them with the Program Manager from the client's side.
- Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.
- Follow-up the final acceptance for the whole program.
- Monitor the program invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to Head of PM and management.
- Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customer, as needed
- Align with Account Manager for the progress of the Program as a whole
- Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and
- Prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to Head of PM and management.
- Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle
- Discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.
- Assessment for the current strategy with the Head of PM and management.

Technical Skills
- PMP certified (or equivalent)-MBA is plus
- Agile Management / Scrum Management
- ITIL is plus
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience with at least the last 5 years in a similar position
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Communications or computer
- Software experience is a must
- Experience in Government projects is a must

Education
- Bachelor of Engineering
