Solutions Development Manager

Our client is a well-established solutions provider especially for the industrial and manufacturing businesses. They helped various business to run their operations in the most efficient, safe and sustainable way.

Description

Solution development team will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Office (CCO) of organisation. The scope of solution development includes (but is not limited to):

* Support the CCO through engaging in pre-sales business development presentations, workshops, content development, value proposition creation, etc. with customers and strategic partners.
* Support the CCO and COO through creating competitive and winning technical/commercial proposals for customer RFIs/RFPs during pre-sales process.
* Lead and engage in Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOMS) Business Case and FEED study consulting and execution.
* Support the COO as a subject matter advisor and quality assurance during iMOMS project deliveries and post go-life support. Also, support a continuous improvement process for the company's delivery excellence.
* Support the CTO with innovation trends, ideas, feedback from clients, new technology/architecture/infrastructure development, etc. that help to continuously innovate company's solution portfolio.

Requirements

* Education in IT, computer science, Computer engineering or any related field
* 5 to 8 years of experience as minimum; technical background, preferably worked as a pre-sales consultant, solutions architect/technical consultant before.
* Working experience with manufacturing production industries is highly preferred.
* Able to make business decisions, advise C-suite regarding the best practices in terms of Technology matters.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
