Speech Writer

Job description / Role

The speechwriter is responsible for the development of top-quality speeches to be used by the CEO and wider C-Suite as needed. Working with the Executive Profiling team and aligned with the wider PR & Communications function, this role also supports with other forms of executive profiling-based content such as written interviews and opinion pieces for media.

Description

* Develop quality speeches for tier one events for CEO and wider C-suite team
* Develop and/or review media content for executive profiling activity
* Manage the social accounts of the CEO
* Support the development of other team members, upscaling their writing abilities

Requirements

* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the same field
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Linguistic, Translation, Journalist, or relevant field
* Excellent writing skills in English (Native) with a proven track record in developing speeches for high profile persons
* Familiarity with social media and traditional media
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Leadership skills
