DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise Buildings

Role Accountability
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and approve the submitted shop drawings and construction methodologies align with the approved IFC drawings, project specifications, and pertinent conditions outlined in the project contract.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, interpret design drawings, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements, concerns, and approvals.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to construction teams and subcontractors, addressing any discrepancies or conflicts in project specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication related to site activities, progress updates, and resolution of site-related issues.
- Document site observations, progress reports, and non-conformance reports to maintain comprehensive project records and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Monitoring the progress of Engineering and Procurement, tracking material delivery, verifying manpower productivity, defining corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformity (NCR).
- Identify, address, and mitigate civil defense-related issues during the development of shop drawings, ensuring strict adherence prior to local civil defense inspections. Conduct thorough site evaluations to guarantee compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards in collaboration with the Project HSE team.
- Review Engineering documentation, closeout, and handing over processes to provide a recommendation on the final acceptance of the constructed building as part of the company facility management services.

Requirements

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering

Work Experience
- 10-15 years
