Employment: Full Time

As a Senior Business Development Executive at our company the candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our safety devices manufacturing and sales business in Saudi Arabia. He will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our safety products and services. The primary focus will be on promoting safety solutions to various industries and government agencies while achieving revenue targets and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends in safety devices and solutions sector.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies.

Business Development:
• Identify and target potential customers, including government agencies, industrial facilities, construction companies, and other relevant sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling safety devices and solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's safety devices and solutions, as well as their applications across different industries.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients when necessary.

Marketing and Business Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to safety devices and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts and client interactions.


Education, experience and others:
• Must have completed Bachelor of Engineering with or Masters in Business Administration with 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the safety devices or industrial solutions sector.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM software
