Sr. Healthcare Engineer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose

This position exists for development of large healthcare projects.

Key Accountability Areas

• Creating and leads recurring strategic and operational governance forums to identify/prioritize top healthcare opportunities, align resources and ensure successful execution of the initiatives. Shall have seamless Coordination with cross functional teams to create business cases, develops solutions, and implements projects effectively.
• Execution of large scale Public Private Partnership (PPP) Healthcare projects from conceptual stage, tender preparation, developing, liaising with authorities, arranging the financing, execution and handover the project to operations team.
• Raising the Equity and Debt financing for large scale healthcare projects in internationally.
• Negotiations and finalization of the commercial contracts, service contracts, financing agreements, PPP agreements etc., related to healthcare project development.
• Engaged as senior business analyst for the development/expansion of large scale greenfield/brownfield healthcare related project development.
• Identifying, developing new business opportunities and new ventures at the international level; screening and evaluating potential business deals by analyzing market potential and strategies; and conducting competitor analysis for healthcare related projects.
• Creating business lines contacting with international entities like healthcare ministries, funds, international organizations, investment companies and corporations.
• Conducting operational and facility management as well as medical management projects
• Healthcare organization specializing in the development, commissioning and management of healthcare facilities. May have intellectual and management expertise to emerging economies.
• Healthcare consulting services, in developing the customized project mechanism to evaluate critical factors and set a solid foundation for maximizing project potential.
• Designing of a healthcare facility to meet the end-user requirement requires full integration of the end-user in the preliminary planning phases.
• Knowledge in healthcare sector for Demographic market analysis, competitor analysis, market demand and capability of services.
• Conception design to detailed design, planning of medical facilities and hospitals.
• Candidate should ensure that key financial objectives and indicators are developed, then monitor performance against these objectives; prepare the annual operating plan; ensure optimal utilization of resources and operation of the organization within its resource envelope; ensure organization undertakes financial planning for effective resource allocation.

Academic Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Medical or Biomedical Institute
