Sr. Oracle Developer

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
• Requirement gathering
• System Analysis & Design
• Business Process Modeling
• Strong Experience with Oracle Forms 10g/11g, report 10g/11g, PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher and Oracle Database 10g/11g.
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX) will be an added advantage for this role.
• Provide application functional & technical support and coordinate with vendors.
• Troubleshoot database & application problem and provide resolution.
• Design, develop, debug, and promote high-quality applications into production environments.
• Provide solution & technical support among team member.
• Working independently & responsible for assign deliverables.
• Controls migrations of programs and changes through the development life cycle.
• Put standards in place to ensure proper integrity, security and performance.
• Troubleshoots with problems regarding applications and development tools.
• Experience in Leasing Business Domain will be an added advantage for this role
• Reporting to: Manager Application Development
• Number required: 1
• Probation: 90 Days

Requirements

• University Qualifications: BS/MCS/MS in Computer Science / IT
• Other certifications obtained: Professional certification such as OCP / Advance PLSQL etc.
• Nature and length of previous experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in development and support using Oracle technologies.

Specialist knowledge:
• Experience in Oracle Application Express 18.0 and Above
• Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports 11g and above
• Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience in Java, XML, SOAP, Javascript, JQuery, BIPublisher, webservices and Oracle ADF would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
