Job Purpose

Responsible, under the general direction of the P&PM Coordinator, for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization, either independently or in collaboration with others.
Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of over-all objectives of assigned tasks, updates of work in progress, and approval of the incumbent's findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- You will be required to perform the following at the Admin Area level:
- Lead, coordinate and execute, with minimal supervision, routine planning and performance management tasks, such as the weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development;
- Assume the risk coordinator role for the Admin Area;
- Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives relating to planning and performance management;
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities;
- Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs

Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements

- A successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelors in Business Admin, Finance, MIS or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of related experience
- GC 12-14 level
- Ability to produce reports and presentations to senior management;
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team, as well as in cross functional settings;
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint;
- Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills relating to the Treasury functions;
- Attention to detail is a must.
