KBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Main Job Description:
- Create job postings through various recruitment portals
- Network with potential hires through social media and events
- Create a readily available talent pipeline for expected vacancies
- Source suitable candidates based on hiring manager's requirements
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone screening to generate shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in person and online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Assist in mobilizing expat employees from outside the Kingdom
- Responsible for orientation of new employees
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees

Requirements

Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Must be advanced in English language
- Must be excellent in communication skills
- Saudi National
