Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

Develops and executes activities that relate to the analysis and evaluation of current systems and supports in the identification of business, organizational and/or operational requirements as well as assist in the design, development and launching of systems in support of core business functions, processes, and programs. Assess & research on technology needs determining improvements and system company needs and related cost/benefit analysis.

Provides guidance to perform business system studies within the area served, reviews, recommends improvements and enhancements to business systems which are very complex in nature.

Key Accountability Areas

• Process Documentation
• Participate in the creation of process procedures workflows manuals policy for functions
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement automation efforts
• Process Enhancements
• Develop and document end to end process of all functions within scope
• Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements automation capabilities and clearly defined endtoend use cases
• Best practices
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
• Process Assessments
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
• Defines application problem by conferring with clients evaluating procedures and processes
• Risk Identifications
• Identify issues and risks of functions process and procedures
• Process Activations
• Evaluate and prioritize systems requirements as well as respective activation cycle
• Ensure effective and efficient system activations across all functions within scope
• Gap Analysis
• Define and eliminate process gaps through process engineering methodologies
• Systematically review and continuously improve applied systems to cope with internal and external fluctuations
• Business Support:
• Works with business units at all levels to maintain an overall ERP system which is the primary source of information that is used to manage business process operations.
• Conducts feasibility studies, business cases, and project proposal reports. Consolidating system changes impact on integrated processes and functions.
• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, documents, and managing user requirements.
• Responsible for creating request for change "RFC" and follow up the change with IT and business teams.
• Responsible to Identify and manage stakeholders.
• Prepares the user manuals and associated documentation resulting from Business System Implementation.
• Interfaces with IT in the design and implementation phases of IT- based business systems and provides support to IT as the department.

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities

Business Process Improvement
• Coordinate well defined written systems policies procedures and seek automations opportunities as much as possible

• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions

Requirements

Academic Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering

• 5 to 10 Years
