Job Purpose

Serves as the Admin Area's foremost expert in a specialized strategy and market analysis area. Provides the
highest level of professional assistance, counsel, guidance, and training in his/her field of expertise.
Oversees department analysis / strategy products and provides analysis of short-term and long-term highly
complex issues and problems that facilitates senior management and governmental decision making via delivered
products and ad hoc assignments. Under the direction of the department director, originates and implements
new concepts and techniques in his/her area of expertise. Develops and uses energy supply and demand models
and other statistical tools to perform studies and research work. Represents SMA by delivering training,
seminars, and speaking at conferences. Holds responsibility of mentoring others both inside and outside
his/her organization in his/her particular area of expertise to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Mentors,

Performs highly complex assignments significantly impacting ARAMCO.
Follows through with
specialized and expert assistance, advice and guidance to achieve a
successful conclusion.
Maximizes company's operation with care and judgment for the best
interest of the company
and Saudi Arab Government.

Develops a global economic outlook, along with other outlooks related to
energy, oil,
refining, chemicals and domestic energy and the economy.

Acts as the Company's foremost expert in his sphere of planning and
analytical expertise
and as Company representative in meetings of professionals in his
specialty. Acts as
senior consultant in Company interactions with internal and external
stakeholders in the
specific area of expertise.

Prepares and presents on subjects such as planning and analysis, various
aspects of the
oil industry, industry risks, and economic developments in Saudi Arabia
to internal and
external audience. Develops energy supply and demand models and other
statistical tools
to perform studies and research.

Prepares special studies and analyses, as required, for Corporate and
Executive
Management.
