Our newest opportunity is for a talented Stakeholder Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Responsible for organizing and managing internal and external coordination.
- Help prepare a detailed, time-bound plan for stakeholder engagement.
- Provide support for the strategic plan that applies to both internal and external stakeholders, with the responsibility to ensure that all stakeholders are made fully aware of all information and to ensure alignment of all related systems and processes are integrated.
- To facilitate structured communication between workstreams, government departments, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, and urban-planning masterplan projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with technical standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for defining each stakeholder group's needs and using this understanding to develop relevant communication and engagement initiatives.
- Responsible for the coordination of workshops, coordination meetings (online, face-to-face), working groups, and committee meetings - with all meetings recorded (minutes of meeting) as required.
- Develop the RACI Matrix for all stakeholders - Internal and External.
- Capable of reporting on authority liaison-related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets).
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5-8 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering .
- Must have proven experience as an Engineer in infrastructure and urban-planning masterplan projects.
- Must have strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
