Station Manager - KSA

Unique opportunity in KSA for Station Managers with a multi-national logistics organization with more than 150K employees globally. In addition to great career path opportunities, they also offer an excellent salary and benefits package.

Requirements

They are seeking strong, assertive, professional and well organized Station Managers to join their senior management team in 3 provinces in the KSA region.

- In Jeddah they are looking for a Station Manager to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 22 logistics staff.
- In Riyadh they are looking for a Station Manager to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 32 logistics staff.
- In Dammam they are looking for a Station Manager to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 19 logistics staff.

They are seeking someone who will assist in setting up the logistics operations for the local market from start to finish including manpower hiring, process design and software system implementation. You will also be required to negotiate contracts with local suppliers and vendors for all logistics related matters.
