Job description / Role
Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading international personal care and beauty chain looking for a Store Manager and Store Supervisors to manage their teams in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to an Area Manager, you will lead your team in ensuring that sales profitability and excellent customer satisfaction are always met.
As a Store Manager / Supervisor, you will be involved in:
• Overseeing and managing operational store requirements
• Ensuring achievement of store sales and financial objectives; manage P&L
• Attending to customers and making sure that all customer-related issues/complaints are properly addressed
• Fostering and maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty
• Recruiting, managing, and training staff
• Ensuring compliance to company policies and standards
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial role in the Beauty / Cosmetics industry
• Outstanding communication, leadership and business development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Digital- savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Female (preferred), Saudi national (required), Arabic speaker (required)
