Intersport is the world's leading multi-branded sporting goods retailer, exclusively represented by Al-FuttaimÂ company in the UAE. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to help us launch our first Intersport Store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this multi-store opportunity you will ensure that the sales and profits are maximised as well as providing direction to the store through leadership, motivation and effective communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales/Stock Management - Ensuring that the frequency and volumes of deliveries are according to peaks and that there adequate stocks available in the stores
Customer Service - Ensuring that that the highest levels of customer service are delivered throughout the store.
Security & Safety - Implement policies and procedures to safeguard the our assets and property. Also responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety policies and procedures are continuously improved to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff members.
Staff Management / Development - Provide guidance and leadership to all staff members throughout the stores. You will also ensure that all staff members are fully trained and developed to the level required for the role.
You will come from a retail background where you have worked as a Store Manager for the past three to four years (sports background is preferred however not essential). Your planning and organising skills will be second to none as well as your ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
