Job description / Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for a Multinational Leading Jewellery Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Based on the recent government program (Saudization), this role is only open for Saudi nationals.
• Leading a team of and supporting the sales and operations
• Ensuring excellent customer service is being implemented on the shop floor
• Managing daily store operations and maximize performance
• Motivating the team and conducting coaching and training
• Managing the monthly sales report
• Ensuring sales target is being met
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury/ High End Retail
• Strong experience in daily store operations and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train and motivate a team
