Store Stock Controller - CH - Riyadh (Male)

Job Summary:

The job holder of this position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound store items, managing discrepancies in physical and system counts, and reporting on any item damages or fraudulent activities.

- Follow all relevant CH standard operation procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Requirements

Operational:
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
- Receive new shipments physically and validate count against uploaded system data; escalate and report any shortages or overages of items
- Monitor the receiving and transfers in between stores and ensure system data and physical count are matching
- Classify all items on the system
- Investigate and report on all item damages
- Track all refund transactions done at the sales counter, report on all returns, and ensure alignment between system and physical count
- Prepare return items back to the supplier once requested on the system by conducting the following:
- Pack items properly as per factory standards
- Remove security tags and place barcode in a visible manner
- Snap pictures of the cartons both before and after sealing them
- Ensure inclusion of a packing list in each carton before sealing
- Report on and maintain store's stock room
- Arrange the stock room by item and by code to ensure ease of stock takes
- Prepare and organize items for stock takes
- Take all items needing alteration to the tailor; ensure all receipts are attached
- Support in-store team on visual merchandising activities and setups
