Storekeeper

Job description / Role

As a Storekeeper, you will record, track, and ensure that inventories are updated accurately.

What you will be doing:

- To check on daily basis the minimum stock levels and prepares the proper purchase request for the related Department Heads to purchase on time to avoid the shortages.
- To ensure that all the items kept in the stores are ready and in a good shape to consume, none of them has an expired date of usage or spoiled.
- To inform the Cost Controller on time regarding the spoiled or expired store items

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Creativity, Stress Management, Self-Development, Listening and Oral Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to delegate and organize work flow
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Degree in Accounting
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems ( Opera PMS- POS)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a 5 star Hotel or Resort and in a similar role.
- Luxury hotel or resort background preferred
