Employment: Full Time

Strategic Planning
- Coordinating with international organizations and associations in the field of pension and social
security to establish diplomatic relations;
- Research and analysis of world's pension systems (infographics, reports, PPT);
- Drafting a proposal on implementation of a development strategy of the pension system in Kazakhstan based on worldwide best DC pension practices;
- Research and analysis of development gaps in Kazakhstani pension system and possible solutions
- Reinvent and stimulate the strategic dialogue regularly. Meeting with Senior Leadership Team to understand their challenges;
- Help the organisation to understand our strategy, plans and performance;
- Build a culture of insight-based and strategic planning across the organisation;
- Manage the Strategic Planning team ensuring that one-to-one meetings and learning and development opportunities are taken forward and ensuring that Managers do the same with their own teams;
- Develop and promote a positive team culture, motivating and supporting individuals and establishing effective business partnering, collaboration and integration across these teams and the wider organisation;
- Oversee the strategic planning process across the organisation, ensuring integration across functions;
- Oversee the development of a new planning programme to more effectively support the organisation in their strategic planning;
- Work with colleagues, Senior Leadership and finance to oversee the annual and four-year business planning cycle;
- Develop a living SWOT;

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
- Master degree in Business Management or related field;
- Strong communication including writing reports and presenting;
- Performance management skills;
- Time management and planning;
- Organization and methodological approach;
