Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Produce statistics and reports; ensure day-to-day review and analysis of function performance based on established targets, goals and KPI’s. Evaluate and recommend new methodologies. Organization, processes, tools or technologies to improve the way SS SM does business. Communicate ISO/quality system requirements and maintain quality records for SS SM. Monitor Customer complaints and issues and ensure on-time resolution and closure and report to SM General Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prepare analyses of SS SM business data to provide SS SM management with reports and presentations showing trends and other data that demonstrate SM results versus plans/objectives/goals. Make recommendations to improve results.

Gather data from all department analysts and issue SM periodic or ad-hoc reports on business results and achievements to Management and/or customers.

Provide market intelligence regarding relative to major commodities; for example, supply availability, supplier mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, new market opportunities and other matters that may or will impact SABIC profitability.

Perform on going monitoring and analysis of the external marketplace to benchmark supply management KPI’s against leading edge-organizations

Plan, develop, and provide SM’s policies and procedures.

Facilitate workshops on required development or changes to Policies, Guidelines and or procedures.

Be the focal point for the development and maintenance of SS SM marine cargo insurance requirements, legal/standard purchase order or contract terms and conditions, major project or expansion contracts and other legal documents

Work with SABIC corporate legal, quality and Risk Management to ensure proper alignment with SS SM requirements, strategies, policies, procedures and tactics.

Work with SABIC Shared Services IT to evaluate, plan, develop and or implement new technologies or tools including work related to enhancing existing tools.

Act as SS SM representative for ISO audits, quality procedures, process developments, policies maintenance, SS SM objectives setting, system improvements review, and generation of reports

Assist in the analysis and resolution of issues raised in purchasing and supply audit reports

Coordinate annual SS SM budget requirements and lead the process for preparation of the consolidated SS SM budget.

Manage and generate all operational reports on SS SM objectives and KPI’s including customers’ SLAs’ reports/statistics.

Assist in management and facilitation of major customer complaints resolutions and closure and ensure follow-up of customer Corrective Action Requests

Annually work with all SS SM departments to review SLA’s data and ensure correct calculation and communication to customers in accordance with SSO guidelines

Annually, prepare training plan for SS SM employees and communicate that directly to SSO/SABIC corporate for implementation

Handle all coordination work with SABIC Europe as may be required from time to time.

Participate in the development of SS SM KPI, standard reports and methodology

Develop, train and coach department staff in the specific requirements of company – in quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

2) Must have BS/B.TECH, degree holder

3) Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience

4) Excellent communication skills

5) Extensive user support skill

6) Good problem analyst and troubleshooter
