Job description / Role
- The Structural Section Chief holds the responsibility to lead a Structural Engineering and Design Review team for project construction.
- To produce technical documentation, reviewing all structural technical documentation, prepared by the contractors, for projects and preparing and implementing structural engineering work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders on all project's related budget, managerial & structural design decisions during the project's life cycle.
Requirements
- As part of the senior management team, the incumbent holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Technical Office Manager and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to structural engineering operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.
- As part of the senior management team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility of setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for his department in accordance to the program's procedures.
