Job description / Role
- Build the recruitment process
- Responsible for assessment, selection and boarding
- Responsible for establishing recruitment process
- Planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience
- Saudi national
- International companies experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
