TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
Salary 22-25,000 SAR Per Month Plus Flights & Medical
Leading Design & Project Management business with 40 Years successful trading in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This organization offers a range of design, engineering and construction management services

Based from the Head Office in Riyadh you will be handling a small team of Recruiters to help source the best talent in the market to help hit the critical and urgent business needs.

Our client is seeking someone that has worked within engineering, consultancy & construction.

You will understand the nature of the industry, the challenges to secure talent and the pace needed to secure the best talent against your competitors.

Your experience may have been agency side then back into internal. Our client is open minded on your path as long as you have the right attitude & knowledge to add value to this business. You will not be a number lost within this business. Great chance to develop a long term career.

Overview of our Client

• 40 Years successful trading
• 4 Year relationship with NSR Associates
• Involved with some of the most iconic projects and master developments underway across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Design & Engineering Services – In House capability to deliver Design – Architecture, MEP Engineering, Structural Design, Landscape Design , BIM & Master Planning
• Project Management Services – Cost Management , QHSE, Risk, Planning, Project Delivery
• The organization is going to experience a really busy period for the next 24 Months so they need this new hire to help grow within the business long term.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Flights, Medical & Bonus

Requirements

The Role

• Sat in the HQ in the Talent & Human Resources Team
• Building strong working relationships with internal line managers to gain trust , build relationships , gain referrals , deal with external agencies , coordinate offers of employment & headhunt talent
• Helping to streamline the recruitment work flow and efficiency
• Talent pooling
• Managing AI , automation , advertising
• Managing the teams workload and strategy
• 5 Day week based in the Head Office

We are seeking the following

• Happy to be based in the Head Office on a daily basis in central Riyadh – Near King Abdullah Park
• Degree Educated Desired
• Clear experience in Talent Management & Human Resources
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Ideally based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Able to start employment before the 1st of May absolute latest
