Talent Acquisition Specialist - Logistics/Express Experience

Our client is a leading KSA-based, Logistics/Express company. They are urgently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.

• The individual should have excellent attention to detail and experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter.
• Capable of recruiting both blue and white-collar and has strong mass recruitment experience. They should also have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Arabic/English speaker – Essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management-related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of Job-related experience.
• Should have strong experience in mass recruitment, and hiring both Blue and White Collar.
• Experience in Local + International recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience overseeing recruitment agencies.
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
