As an intern within the Chalhoub Group Talent Acquisition team, you will be directly involved in all recruitment activities of our department. You'll be responsible for delivering value by providing support for the team. You will learn and support the lifecycle of talent acquisition.

As a People Communication Trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and managing the internal communication channels of the Group, creating Group cohesion, and conveying the Group Management's messages in adherence with Group image.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the Assessment Centre
- Support the Talent Acquisition Department in all aspects
- Searching for potential candidates
- Review applicants' CVs to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Managing pre-screening interviews
- Follow-up the offer process
What you'll need to succeed
- You are a Saudi National
- You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree majored in HR or a related field
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You have a great drive & energy
- You are fluent in English
- You are a Microsoft office proficient
