Job description / Role
A large regional retailer is seeking a Talent Development Manager to lead projects in performance management and training for their Saudi based employees. The role is based in Riyadh.
Client Details
A large regional retailer with stores across MENA and with a very large presence in Saudi Arabia.
Description
* Support with cascading the talent development strategy and identifying training opportunities
* Deliver training to Saudi employees including store and head office staff
* Implement training plans with employees and set training calendar
* Build relationships with external training vendors and ensure resources are supplied on time and in budget
* Design and develop training materials to be delivered to employees which include but are not limited to classroom training, reference guides, and e-learning
* Conduct post-training evaluations and analyse feedback
* Lead performance management system including performance development plans and appraisals
* Create performance reports for the leadership team
* Lead inductions for new hires
* Manage the store coaches who provide on the job training
* Oversee day to day performance of the retail teams and report back to leadership with any findings

Requirements
* Must be Saudi National and be based in Riyadh
* A Bachelor's degree, HR/Training qualifications would be a plus
* 7+ years HR experience with at least 2 in a Training role
* Strong communication skills, confident in training delivery
