Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our company as a Talent Management and Development Graduate. This entry-level position will provide an opportunity to gain practical experience in talent management and development initiatives. The Talent Management and Development Graduate will support various talent programs, assist in the execution of learning and development initiatives, and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management, a strong desire to learn, and a background in engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Contribute to the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as maintaining training records, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong passion for talent management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn and contribute.
