Role:

The main purpose of this role will be to advise and assist the Client's Technical Services Manager, and manage/coordinate a large team from both the client and consultants side.

Key duties/experience will include:

• Demonstrated experience in managing major programs related to water, wastewater, and infrastructure.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, as well as major water utilities.
• Experience with project management systems and procedures, and production of project management manuals, including.

1. Centralizing the management of the project management system
2. Assist the Projects Division and Delivery Team to achieve ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 management systems certification
3. Develop reference materials, both electronic and hardcopy manuals, for design review processes.
4. Provide support to project delivery teams.
5. Oversee and coordinate schedules for the implementation of design reviews.
6. Coordinate with IT, CADD and Document Control to maintain the flow of information.

• Demonstrated team leader, who can coordinate a large team of engineers, planners, technical and commercial specialists. Excellent communication skills, able to provide summary presentations to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements

15-25 years experience, with demonstrated experience in managing major programs related to water, wastewater, and infrastructure.
