Deloitte ME Consulting is seeking a talented Manager to join our Technology – Big Data and Analytics project teams. The candidates will be joining a project team and a pool of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from other locations focused on common tools, technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer or CCE (MBA is a plus)
• 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Experience with any of the Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Technologies with a background in business intelligence, reporting or analytics
• Excellent skills in converting business requirements in to a robust technical designs by creating design documents

Solid knowledge in one or more of the following topics:
• Data Science
• Expert in use of Visualization, Analytics Technologies like tableau, click view
• Extensive work in data – using Hadoop (cloudera, hortonworks, etc)
• Experience with Pyhton, R, etc

• Strong data integration capabilities using ETL or SQL and related technologies
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE and SAP Business Objects.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and ability to do performance optimization of long running jobs. Database administration experience is preferred
• Design and develop logical and physical data modes as needed to design and implement information and data architectures
• Experience with dimensional modelling techniques and creation of logical data models (entity relationship modelling, Erwin diagrams, star schema etc.)
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata
• Experience with advanced analytics and visualization tools. Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, QlikView is a huge plus
• Experience with data mining and predictive analysis tools and applications
• Understands implications of data quality issues and possible remedies, tools, and approaches
• Experience with any of the data quality tools in the market is a huge plus
• Proficiency speaking, reading and writing Arabic is strongly desired for this position
• A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
• Proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to conduct extensive research and support Business Development activities
