Your Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will design and establish a quality assurance framework that will be used as a basis for verification of the deliverables of development and operation stages of the various technical components and its progress, which will be undertaken by the implementer.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop project charter per system (systems namely - DW/BI, GIS, EH&S, Force lifecycle, Capability Systems, Food Management) and one assessment plan per system
- Will put in place the expected governance over the infrastructure implementation and realization. This includes all servers, storage, backup, cloning etc.
- Also the database configuration, application configuration, custom tables.
- Will supervise, review and approve the technical design and technological requirements.
- Will particularly review all architecture deliverables to ensure that the architecture vision is not corrupted.
- Will participate in designing and analyzing the technical and technological requirements.
- Will own and maintain the enterprise architecture (EA) development for the ERP project, including and AS-IS, To-Be and transition models on the four domains of TOGAF
- Will develop and implement EA governance processes - in alignment with program governance

- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance domain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DW/BI, GIS, EH&S, Force lifecycle, Capability Systems, Food Management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Defense industry experience
