Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

- Take full responsibility of overall management of department
- Plan, develop ,execute and monitor its activities and related systems by optimum resources at efficient cost.
- Deliver as per company quality standards.
- Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the department to a further step

Key Accountability Areas

- Providing technical support to other departments in selection of equipment's.
- Planning, monitoring and analyzing the activities of factory testing / site commissioning
- Clarification and resolving of technical issues during factory testing / site commissioning
- Attending technical meetings with customer/end user for project scope of work and clarification
- Reviewing and coordinating with other departments for the smooth progress of testing plan
- Coordinating with subordinates for smooth progress of testing activities
- Clarifying the customer inquiry with the support of manufacturer on time
- Preparation of project wise manpower plan
- Coordination during customer inspection
- Performance evaluations of sub-ordinates and identifying training needs
- Initiation of continual improvement and maintain records
- Initiation of corrective and preventive action and maintain records
- Responsible for after sales service
- Managing all NCR's
- Controlling the Manpower in the site
- Controlling the Cost Control through Service Module in the system
- Handling all critical issues with clients and end users
- Coordination between the departments to meet the site requirement
- Let the Technicians / Engineers to go to the site to rectify the problems when required
- Develop the Customer Service Team in order to keep providing the best services
- Apply all safety procedures.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and control budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
