Job Title: Thru-Tubing Operations Supervisors

My client are a leading Oil & Gas who provide multiple Well Services globally.

I am looking for Thru-Tubing Operations Supervisors for rotational roles in Saudi Arabia

You will be responsible For Thru-Tubing Ops in Saudi Arabia & Field Operations Technical Proposals

Key Duties/Responsibilities; Include but not limited to the following:

• Carry out field operations as required / called upon by clients.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, tool requirement forms and general job planning in approved formats as required.
• Provide technical, operational and sales support for day-to-day operations as required.
• Visit customers as necessary to present proposals and to discuss operational requirements.
• Assist in development of business in accordance with plan projections, which involves set up supervision, and field operations.
• Familiarize and operate in accordance with procedures and processes, which comply with our quality and safety policies.
• Work as alternatively directed by manager as required.
• To promote a professional company image at all times.
• Assist workshop with purchase order, sales and rental requirements.
• The Company may also require you to work at other locations, either on a temporary of full time basis. The company will give you reasonable notice of this requirement.
• To oversee and review all aspects of the Saudi Arabia Thru –Tubing Operations in KSA.
• Train personnel where directed.
• Adhere to Quality procedures.
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• To create and maintain good working relationships.
• To fulfil responsibilities under the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and so far as reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of the team.
• To achieve customer satisfaction by application of the Quality Management System.

Requirements

Personal Specifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of Thru-Tubing tools and Coil Tubing
• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to work constructively and in harmony as part of a small multi-cultural team is essential.
• An energetic, intelligent, and positive attitude to job related knowledge development is required.
