WSP are looking for experienced Saudi National Traffic Coordinators to join our ongoing project in NEOM.

Your new role, what's involved?
* Estimating costs for projects based on materials, equipment, labor, and other resources needed to complete the job
* Meeting with clients to discuss project details, deadlines, and budgets
* Coordinating with suppliers of construction materials and equipment to ensure they are available when needed
* Training workers in safe operating procedures and providing them with appropriate safety equipment
* Scheduling workers' hours, which may include overtime when necessary
* Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure they are met
* Evaluating the performance of workers to ensure they are performing their jobs efficiently and safely
* Ensuring that construction sites are safe and clean at all times, including monitoring weather conditions to prevent slips, falls, and other accidents
* Developing and enforcing safety procedures for all construction workers

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Degree in a relevant engineering field.
* 10 years of experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
