Job description / Role
• Formulate, develop, and execute the training and development strategy
• Directs the development, implementation and evaluation of training and development programs
• Builds training infrastructure including personnel, content, delivery, systems, and metrics.
Requirements
• Must be at the forefront of the industry in understanding training delivery models and be able to respond quickly to newly identified training needs within the company.
• Ability to motivate and coach staff in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
