We are looking to recruit Saudi Nationals to fill in Venue Manager role in Riyadh at a fast-growing organisation in the Entertainment Industry.

The ideal candidate will not only have the key requirements, but the right type of energy and enthusiasm to fit in this organisation, one that can deliver on high demand.

Job Description:

* Provide leadership and guidance to associates to achieve optimum results through planning and execution
* Write a weekly performance schedule that optimizes revenue and guest satisfaction
* Review financial numbers utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
* Prepare the weekly Managers' Schedule in a timely manner
* Perform daily opening and closing operational duties
* Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
* Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around)
* Ensure that regular, continual, two-way communication occurs regarding performance and development

Requirements

Key Requirements:

* Guest service experience and operational execution experience in a fast paced environment
* Proficient computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel)
* Working ability to perform and lead all management and crew functions
* Ability to listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests in a high volume setting
* Proven ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision
* Analytical, planning and problem solving skills
* Must be a Saudi National - due to the Saudization program by the Saudi government
