Employment: Full Time

Robert Walters is working on behalf of a fast-growing company in the Entertainment Industry, based in Riyadh. We are looking to recruit a Venue Manager that will provide team leadership, building relations with guests, and over all operational management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Provide leadership and development to the teams to ensure the Company's guiding principals.
* Oversee the performance management process by ensuring regular and continual two-way communication regarding performance and development.
* Analyse past and current financial results and customer feedback.
* Set and ensure the budget and objectives of the venue.
* Lead the team to provide customers with an exceptional experience.
* Reinforce guest and operational focus through managing by walking.

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Must be immediately available or within a 1 month period.
* Undergraduate Degree.
* Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
* Proven ability to develop leaders within an organisation.
* Ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.
* Must come from a face-paced/high-volume work environment.
