Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities across various asset classes
- Lead the due diligence process for potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research.
- Managing the daily operations and revenue generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth.
- Negotiate and structure investment deals to maximize returns and minimize risks, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Manage and oversee a team of investment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to investment policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios, regularly reporting on results to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of current market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations that may impact investment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment bankers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and manage potential investment risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant investment regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant investment role, with a proven track record of success in identifying and executing profitable investments.
- Strong understanding of investment principles, financial analysis, and portfolio management techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information and make sound investment decisions.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure investment deals to achieve favorable terms.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of investment professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
