Waiter / Waitress

Job description / Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Salary:
AED 5,600 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Age- 25 to 35 years maximum
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent English- verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their ingredients
