Warehouse Operations Management for a Cargo Airline
Salary circa USD92-98K annual (TAX FREE) + Expat Package

A major air cargo business requires an Operations Manager with solid Warehousing and Logistics experience to manage all aspects of daily operations for their cargo business. They have an extensive global airline and freighter network and are a fast-growing Middle East Airline and Cargo Carrier.

With responsibilities that include managing Airport Warehousing and day-to-day Cargo Operations, this role will oversee a large-scale transformation of the operating facilities and environment of the cargo operation. It will manage the warehouse operations (staff, equipment & facilities) to ensure that all operating standards, safety rules and deadlines are adhered to.

Bringing hands on experience and best practice process knowledge to the role, you will be joining an International Executive Team leading a dynamic change program with significant investment and growth of this leading Air Cargo business.

This role is open to candidates from within or outside the region provided they have relevant Warehouse/Logistics/Distribution Center Management experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years+ of demonstrated Warehouse Operations experience at a Warehouse GM or Distribution Center Manager level.
• Has a strong track record in managing a multi-user warehouse. Ideally handling an operation of equal size or larger than 15K to 25K sqm facility.
• FMCG or Healthcare background would be a plus.
• Experience in managing change and turnaround in a difficult environment.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong problem solving skills
