Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Lead work force planning strategic planning efforts and make recommendations of work force efficiencies and operational improvements to management.
• Create long term, interim and short term forecasts derived from understood business drivers, develop & Maintain staffing plans for long/ short range planning.
• Works with Project leaders to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring.
• Coordinate with others to ensure global expertise is tapped into when needed.
• Forecasts Projects & bids staff demand and manages scheduling of sufficiently skilled staff based on historical and anticipated volume across all projects both short-term, medium-term and long-term.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency
• Deliver all agreed regular and ad-hoc reports to Management.
• Contributes to ongoing strategic communication; solicits support and feedback from Project Directors and Associate Project Directors as needed.


• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, general business, accounting or a related field.
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational
• Forecasting/advanced analytical role within a large volume, enterprise-level .
• Ability to create and manipulate data modeling and relational database structures for Workforce Management forecasting
• Ability to work with Business Intelligence databases and pull data from various sources
• Strong analysis skills, understanding complex formulas, data transformations, and record keys from multiple sources
• Requires resolving problems related to unexpected statistical anomalies and changing service level objectives by interpreting established methods and referring to past situations.
• Responds to customers’ needs by producing reports and resource plans with factual information and based on specified requirements
