We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our client's team. As the BIM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital design capabilities and ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies across projects.

This position will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and development of BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into the design and construction phases.
• Provide BIM training and support to staff, promoting best practices and ensuring proficiency with BIM tools.
• Manage BIM software and technology resources, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and project documentation.
• Facilitate coordination and clash detection activities to enhance project efficiency and minimize conflicts.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and clients to align BIM deliverables and requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize BIM utilization and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or similar role within the architecture or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to promoting a positive work culture and supporting employee development.
