Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international well-being organisation which provides spa and beauty services. As a result of their continued growth in the region, our client is in search of a Mandarin speaking Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of the Spas across two prominent locations in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
This role will be heavily geared towards development of the branches as well as profitability, team and customer experience management. You will develop the overall spa strategy to maximise customer satisfaction and financial performance. They will be looking for someone to monitor KPI’s whilst building a strong and trained team of therapists and shift leaders.
A background in leadership or supervision is crucial for this role, specifically with strong communication skills and a high attention to detail. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organised and able to lead the daily operations, ensure smooth customer and employee experience with great productivity. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about well-being and talent development.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or a Store Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, great leadership and good problem-solving skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Branch Manager to join a stable and growing company. Our client offers a yearly bonus dependent on KPI’s. Applicants shall also be comfortable with frequent international travel across regional sites and must be able to speak Mandarin.
