Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities
• Lead activities around transportation operations including: ground, ocean and air modes
• Problem solve network issues, drive improvements in transportation
• Partner with transportation network to increase customer experience
• Provide the weekly and monthly reporting of region OTDC performance to the appropriate stakeholders and for One Reporting.
• Proactively perform the necessary root cause analysis to identify factors impacting OTDC performance as well as OTDC deployment.
• Work directly with the Plant Managers and Supply Chain resources to resolve gaps between OTDS and OTDC.
• Facilitate the implementation of OTDC tracking within all region entities (acquisitions, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a method for calculating and reporting region Transport CO2 impact.
• Provide quarterly CO2 reporting to the Global Transport Team.
• Support the transition to bridge SAP and provide the necessary input to ensure no impact to region performance reporting.
• Support the various projects and initiatives involving key Transport Quality areas such as carrier claims, product packaging, EDI performance, system enhancements, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications Required experience
• Previous work experience in Transportation or Logistics with an emphasis on quality performance and reporting, data analysis, root cause analysis, etc.
• Min. 5 -7 years experience.
