Project Advisor

Job description / Role

The role will be key in developing and advising project execution and management & proposal strategy in Russian Oil & Gas market (Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, EPC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Contract & Negotiation
• Russian Regulation Permit
• Stakeholder Management
• Resolve Project Issue
• Cost Verification
• Risk Assessment
• Technical Sales
• Managing Organization Asset

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree Educated (preferably in a related field)
• Fluent in English
• Experience in at least EPC projects (Oil,Gas, Petrochemical, LNG Projects)
• 10 years experience in Russian projects
• 20 years experience in Plant EPC Projects
• 5 years of experience in a managerial position

Candidates with the following would be preferred:

• Experience in International Engineering & Construction Companies
• Knowledge of Russian contracting & subcontracting regulatory/ legislation
• Experience working with Russian or Turkish Contractors
