Job description / Role
This exciting position has just arisen within our Company. We are looking for an experienced Catering Service Manager to take on a great challenge.
In this multi-functional environment, the responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of the Unit. This is a high volume environment but high standards of service and quality food delivery, must be in place at all times. Therefore, excellent organizational skills are a must to the success of the selected applicant.
• Ensure that the front of house runs smoothly while increasing the contribution of your department.
• Train and motivate staff.
• Deal with all Staff, stock and financial control.
Requirements
- 5-10 yrs experience in Canteens & Function co-ordination
- Technical Proficiency in food services
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills
- Business Management Skills
- Driver’s license
