Employment: Full Time

The Operations Manager is overall in charge of the entire operation of all point of sales for DAL Food Service Unit and the Central Kitchen (CK). He/ She directs and guides mainly the service team and secondly the kitchen teams in providing highest level of hospitality to guests & ensure a high standard of attentive, friendly customer service, set ups and hygiene in the front and respective back areas of all point of sales and CK. Additional he/she provides together with his/ her outlet managers and the Kitchen Operation Manager a high profitability in the operation by creating right product choice, right pricing, certain Food & Beverages promotions, up selling and an effective cost control in the operation.

Requirements

• Must have sound knowledge of food & beverage products
• Must have refined skills in public relations
• Good MS Skills. Additionally: Stock Control System & POS System
• Must have minimum 10 years of experience
• At least six years in Food & Beverages Department in addition to Management School with at least three years in a Management position
• Kitchen/Stores/Financial background preferred.
• Must be aware of Management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and customers
• Must have HACCP Certification
• Must have sound knowledge of Food & Beverages SOP.
• Ability to manage section heads
• Must be able to prepare and analyze cost control reports
