Job description / Role
Objectives: Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts product, and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Also in charge of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management, lead generation and P&L Management.
Main responsibilities:
* P&L responsibility
* Generate new leads / accounts
* Achieve sales targets & profitability
* Customer feedback report
* Maintain market share
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
Travel requirements: Frequent travel (80% of time)
Gross monthly base salary: AED 12,000 to AED 15,000
Commission / Bonus: Commission scheme & other benefits
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration
Nature and length of previous experience: Mandatory 8 - 10 years of proven experience in similar role with industry background in Sewing Machines (domestic & industrial), Fabrics, Textiles, Threads and having strong understanding of Africa region
Specialist knowledge: Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning, excellent networking skills, analytical skills and negotiation skills
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
Age Range: 30 to 45 years
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: Any nationality
U.A.E. / GCC Driving License required
Current Location: Based in Africa
