Head of Operations

Hiring: Operasyon Baskani / Head of Operations
Location: Turkey
Required Work Experience:

- Operational Expertise in Ecommerce/Tech industry within local Turkey market. Preferably from Istanbul.
- Leader with a strong experience in setting up the business from scratch - From Legal, finance, office set up, recruitment, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, transportation, to scaling and expanding the business.
- Strong with the Operational KPIs
- You would be directly reporting to the higher authorities within the current company.
- An expert in guiding the business with Turkey market insights and market strategies.
- Must be fluent in Turkish.

Requirements

- Candidate must have end -to - end operations expertise.
- Must be fluent in Turkish.
- Preferably professionals with educational background in
- Bachelors in Computer Science/ IT/ Business Administration or similar field.
