APICS Certificate in Logistics Transportation and Distribution

The new CLTD certification supersedes the Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) certification program and is designed to provide logistics managers with a body of knowledge, best practices, technology know-how and standards for those in the logistics, transportation and distribution industries. The CLTD designation focuses on eight content areas: 1. Logistics and Supply Chain Overview; 2. Capacity Planning and Demand Management; 3. Order Management; 4. Inventory and Warehouse Management; 5. Transportation Management ; 6. Global Logistics Considerations; 7. Logistics Network Design; 8. Reverse Logistics and Sustainability

The instructor-led course is designed for persons intending to earn their APICS CLTD designation. To be eligible for the APICS CLTD exam, a candidate must meet one of the following criteria: » Bachelor’s degree or International equivalent » Hold an active CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, CPM, CSM, OR CPSM credential » Two years of related business experience
